In this role, you will drive the strategic direction of our Salesforce ecosystem, grow and manage a team of skilled analysts and developers, and ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce to enhance our business processes and customer engagement. If so, we can't wait to talk with you!What you’ll be doing:Grow, lead, and mentor, a high-performing team of Salesforce analysts, admins, and developers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative environment.Act as a hands-on business systems analyst, partnering with business leads to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new projects and initiatives, then develop a strategic roadmap for Salesforce enhancements and customizations.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and objectives.Coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.Build high-quality data products by defining and implementing strategies that promote data integrity, governance, security, standard compliance, and workflow automation.Communicate effectively across teams, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on Salesforce trends, updates, and new technologies.What we need to see:Advanced degree in engineering, business, data science, or comparable field (or equivalent experience).10+ overall years of sales operations, community engagement operations, or consulting experience.5+ years management experience leading diverse teams of business analysts, developers, and Salesforce administrators.Hands-on experience analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting multiple Salesforce implementations.Expert understanding of Salesforce.com Service and Sales Cloud functions, associated data models, and community cloud administration.Ability to recommend and clearly communicate solutions based on systems expertise, best practices, and organizational readiness.Confidence guiding teams through multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities in an ambiguous yet creative work environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Demonstrate humility, curiosity, and active listening skills.Executive presence with a passion to find opportunities for process improvements and serve as a trusted technology advisor for business users.You have experience in a fast-paced, global, matrix organization.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
