We are looking for a QA engineer to join our Software Linux Inbox Drivers Team. This position will be part of the QA team while the main goal is to test and automate the most complex cloud virtualization features in the networking environment , which enables NVIDIA products to meet the industry leading benchmarks of efficiency and quality. We are a strong believer in developing our employees and giving them the tools to succeed.What you'll be doing:Review arch design and requirements for new features introduced in the whole Ethernet/InfiniBand HCA portfolioDesign and build setup topologies for an appropriate product coverage with an emphasis on emulation of customer large scale / complex environments.Design test cases and automate in Perl/pythonReport bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team.Execute End-to-end test scenarios in different scopes: Regression, Performance, Functional and Scale; Report the progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity.What we need to see:Practical / BA / BSc (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineer1+ years of experienceIndependent, responsible worker, able to plan and executeStrong programming skillsCreativity, fast learning skills and great team playerEffective trouble-shooting and problem-solving skillsStandout colleague with good communication and interpersonal skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge or experience in NetworkingKnowledge in Linux OSExperience in testing flowsScripting skills and experience: Bash / Perl / PythonWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
