We are now looking for a versatile Senior DevOps Engineer to become a member of Data Platform Team to work on a hybrid geo-distributed multi-cluster multi-cloud Services deeply integrated with the corporate systems and supporting an internal Data Lake of more than 2PB in size! Join us to support this development!What you will be doing:Develop cross-service automationsDesigning a hybrid geo distributed multi-cloud multi-cluster systems located in various CSPs and DCs across the world (The US, Europe, China, etc)Building an International Privacy Compliant Data Analytics serviceYou will also contribute into CI/CD and other automation development to improve the level of the service provided by usAnd drive innovation in Data Platform architecture and software stackWhat we need to see:Bachelor or Master of Science in a technical field5+ years of experience in a field and understanding of DevOps principlesExceptional knowledge of Apache Stack (any of Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc) and/or related average CSP stack (EC2, EMR, EKS, S3, MKS, etc)Overall experience of 2+ years in developing of production-ready systemsBasic programming skills in Python or readiness to learn it and develop code with itFluent EnglishWays to stand out from the crowd:Deep expertise in any modern database systems (Clickhouse, MongoDB, Heavy.AI (formerly OmniSci/MapD), Elasticsearch, etc) is valuable for usSaltstack experience and ability/wish to build solutions with itBasic CI/CD experience with Jenkins (Concourse-CI, gitlab or similar) would be a huge plusUnderstanding of constructing natively Secure Software and Incident or Vulnerability tracking is valuableAny past experience of integration with PagerDuty or similarCreative and autonomous with a genuinely real passion for the modern technologies is highly desiredWidely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
