Contribute to the development of groundbreaking creative assets that shape the future of technology.What you’ll be doing:Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Event, Web, and PR teams to identify project scope, campaign objectives, strategy and insights, deliverable requirements, and metrics.Own and drive complex creative programs, or a subset of a major launch program.Execute planning between the requesters and creative staff, digest and analyze feedback proactively to accurately communicate schedules and action items throughout the overall creative workflow.Ensure assets are delivered to spec, accurate, and up to quality and best practice standards.Lead programs and make judgments independently within defined policies and processes; seek guidance on larger or complex programs as needed.Mentor one or more junior level team member.What we need to see:A BA, BS, or MBA is required, or equivalent degree.Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.Native-level speaking and reading skills in Mandarin, along with proficient English speaking and reading abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Ability to shepherd creative projects from initial briefing to final delivery, including project plans, scope of work, scheduling, resource allocation, reviews, ongoing status updates, quality assurance and archiving.Minimum of 5 years of validated experience working with established brands as an Account/Project Manager, collaborating with senior executive leadership teams, and managing creative and business relationships with multiple nationalities of internal and external stakeholders.Solid understanding of branding principles and their application in large companies.Ways to stand out from the crowd: Demonstrated expertise and in-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional creative processes, as well as web production pipelines. Proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends, emerging talents, innovative works, and cutting-edge technologies, with a willingness to adopt change.Proficiency in utilizing project management like Workfront to efficiently track and manage work processes. Preference for candidates with agency experience and a keen understanding of effectively collaborating with creative personalities.
