NVIDIA is looking for a Global Account Manager to lead and scale the existing strategic partnership with Siemens overall. In this highly visible new role, it will build a sell-to as well as different co-sell sales strategy with Siemens. It requires a deep understanding of the global industrial (AI) ecosystem and even more importantly of the Siemens organization. We seek an upbeat leader with the domain expertise and tenacity to grow market share with NVIDIA's groundbreaking technology stack.As the Global Account Manager for Siemens, you will collaborate with Siemens itself, the appropriate ecosystem and several internal groups and stakeholders to ultimately help to transform Siemens and the global manufacturing industry. We seek an experienced and thoughtful candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenges of solving problems with technology and crafting new opportunities.What you'll be doing:In collaboration with Siemens organization, grow direct and influence the revenue of NVIDIA solutionsWorking closely with Siemens to build a mutually beneficial GTM plan for the partnership and a short to long term forecast as a result of itDrive vertical alignment between industry business development teams to solve problems with NVIDIA solutions Serve as the dedicated resource who understands NVIDIA hardware, software, and services available for Siemens Work with NVIDIA and Siemens’ marketing teams on event planning (GTC, Siemens’ annual conferences, etc.) and customer use case collateral development (blogs, whitepapers, webinars) to stimulate demand and support industry eventsEstablish effective relationships with NVIDIA’s partner network to drive services offered by SiemensStay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developmentsProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to management and sell-in teamWhat we need to see:BA degree or equivalent experience15+ years of selling technical solutions to senior executives at named accounts5+ years of experience leading & empowering a virtual team (and helping recruit the best talent)5+ years of experience with Siemens in any context (internal / external) bringing a tensible and broad network of contacts to the table. A passion for getting things done in a sales and technology environmentExperience with leading and closing sophisticated deals and encouraging partner alliancesProven track record closing significant revenue and overachieving sales targetsA wide network with vertical expertise and knowledge of AI in manufacturing industry trendsDemonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal)Confirmed ability to work optimally in a highly matrixed and globally distributed organizationDrive and manage the quarterly business on assigned sales targetsSpeaking/writing in German (and English) is mandatoryWays to stand out from the crowd:Master's degree is desirableDetailed understanding of data science workflows, machine learning, and AI trends, specifically in manufacturing industryA strong curiosity about understanding new technologies and adept at conveying their value to business executives and software development leaders.Demonstrated track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology-based solutionsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade -- using simple communication that conveys sophisticated concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative waySpecific experience and relationships within Siemens – cross disciplinary and cross hierarchy.
