NVIDIA is seeking a Manager to lead a team responsible for the overall delivery of new autonomous vehicle features & improvements. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What you will be doing:Leading a team responsible for:Tracking & reporting the overall status of deliverables targeted for each release, in collaboration with the individual teamsWorking across all the vital teams to identify and proactively mitigate/communicate execution risks as early as possibleMaintaining a clear, documented source of truth for the state of every release, from the target deliverables to a consolidated view of the release’s health based on various testing activitiesLeading discussions & reviews to align on the target scope (prior to the release) and release readiness (throughout the release), and driving the necessary actions needed to convergeDeveloping the entire release lifecycle and managing it: from release branch creation, to testing, to stabilization, to delivery to partners, to ingesting feedbackWhat we need to see:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience6+ overall years of release management experience, with 3+ years of experience managing a release teamExperience working in an autonomous vehicle software development environmentTrack record of releasing software to partners or users on a regular cadence (ideally monthly or shorter)Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across many large teamsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a wealth of information from many different sourcesWays to stand out from the crowd:Background with autonomous vehicle testing and evaluationExperience working with external partners, notably car OEMsIf you're passionate about autonomous vehicles, we would love to hear from you!The base salary range is $180,000 - $339,250.
