NVIDIA is seeking a Synthetic Data Generation (SDG) Workflow Specialist to be the voice of the customer by build reference workflows and create sample demos using brand-new technologies. On one end, you'll work closely with engineering to help improve the product while on the other end staying engaged with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and communicating their needs to the engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for outstanding customer experiences.What you’ll be doing:Bring together different Omniverse platform and a few external components together as a reference workflow design for open-loop synthetic data generation and closed loop sensor simulation with ground truth labels.Be a customer/partner developer voice within product team to ensure quality and usability concerns within SDG workflows are proactively identified by creating reference workflows.What we need to see:BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field or equivalent experience6+ years of experience.Proficiency with software scripting tools (Python, C++) to automate common computer graphics workflows.Good understanding of computer graphics and architectural pros and cons of 3D simulation engines. Experience with Omniverse, Unreal Engine, Unity, or another common game engine.Experience creating customer/partners facing workflows using 3D simulation environments, various sensor models and rendering technologies.Familiarity with 3D design tools such as Maya, Houdini, 3DS Max, Blender.Strong background with training perception models using real or synthetic data and ability to reason about model performance issues.Ways to stand out from the crowd: Previous experience with creating synthetic data to train perception modelsBackground with cloud services architectureFamiliarity with applications of Generative AIs to accelerate 3D simulation and rendering workflows.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
