We are looking to hire a Fulfillment Analyst to join our APAC Fulfillment Operations team to lead the distribution activities originated from our 3PL warehouse partners within the APAC region. Our group is responsible for overseeing and running the daily execution of the inventory distribution requirements to support both external and internal customers for revenue recognition and internal engineering development and product launches. We are growing our enterprise business data center segment, and in turn rapidly growing our manufacturing footprints with our contract manufacturers in Taiwan. We are contacting to look for new team member to lead the inventory distribution activities with our 3PL partner from Taiwan. This position is primarily based out of Farglory Logistics Park.What you will be doing:You would be leading our 3PL partner for order fulfillment operations execution to meet both internal and external customer demand.Throughout your engagement with our 3PL partner, you would continue to drive the 3PL delivery performance to meet or exceed NVIDIA KPI metrics requirements.This should be achieved to support our Sales, Planning and other internal customers and meet their fulfillment requirements.As a fulfillment analyst, you would need to ensure the handling capacity committed by the 3PLs is modelled to meet the CRD of customer orders in conjunction with the supply availability date. You would be required to handle the volume of supply/demand data through our data visualization tool to drive adequate capacity and execute the order fulfillment requirementsYou also need to ensure the fulfillment process is driven in accordance to NVIDIA compliance requirements in conjunction with our Global Trade Compliance team.What we need to see:Bachelor in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or equivalent with 35+ years of experience in semiconductor/hi-tech industry on Planning or Logistics.Experience in managing a 3PL warehouse operations or distributor center.Background in Sales Order execution for high-value, high-tech, and high-mix products.Well-versed with Microsoft and analytical tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI (or other equivalent tool).Experience in Warehouse Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning system like SAP is preferred.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Experience in setting up and ramping a new supply chain operations like a distribution center.Experience in collaborating with Taiwan OEM contract manufacturing partners.Knowledgeable in import and export regulations in Taiwan and working experience with BoFT.Flexible to operate and work in dynamic environment/condition to couple with constant changes in requirements, schedules, and priorities.Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders from Sales, Planning, Engineering, Global Trade and external partners from 3PL in both written and conversational EnglishNVIDIA is leading the way in groundbreaking developments in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing and Visualization.
