Senior Deep Learning Engineer – Large Language Models (LLMs)

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is required as well as strong interpersonal skills.In this role you will be interacting with internal partners, users, and members of the open source community to analyze, define and implement highly optimized algorithms. The scope of these efforts includes a combination of implementing new algorithms, performance tuning and analysis, defining APIs, analyzing functionality coverage, and other general software engineering work.Are you ready for this challenge?What you’ll be doing:Develop and improve Large Language Model (LLM) ecosystem using NVIDIA's libraries, tools and infrastructureAnalyze and improve performance of implementationsCollaborate with team members and other partnersWhat we need to see:MS degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Architecture or related technical field3+ years of work experience in AI development (at least one DL Framework - preferably PyTorch)Excellent Python programming skillsStrong algorithms and AI fundamentals, especially related to Natural Language Processing (NLP)Willing to take action and have strong analytical skillsStrong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projectsGood communication and documentation habitsWays to stand out from the crowd:PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Architecture or related technical fieldExperience in design and implementation of complex systems with multiple dependenciesKnowledge of CPU (x86, ARM) and/or GPU architectureMLOps/DevOps experienceExperience with HPC clusters or/and clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)Exposure to performance optimizationNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
