We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to join our team and focus on enhancing the UI/UX of our NGC catalog. The ideal candidate will possess a profound comprehension of UI/UX principles and best practices, coupled with hands-on experience in the AI/ML domain. Your primary responsibility will involve spearheading the development of our UI/UX strategy and collaborating closely with engineers and designers for its seamless implementation. In this role, you will be accountable for gathering user feedback, refining catalog design through iterative processes, and managing both inbound and outbound product deliverables. On the inbound front, you will engage in assessing requests for new products and significant features. Collaborating with technical and engineering leads, you'll evaluate feasibility and establish realistic delivery timelines.For our outbound efforts, you will take ownership of crucial aspects such as sales enablement content, strategic go-to-market planning, and comprehensive product documentation. The role entails a continuous recalibration of the roadmap in response to evolving business dynamics. Proactive communication across teams about these changes is integral to ensuring alignment. Furthermore, your role extends to anticipating emerging product and market demands, providing invaluable strategic insights for new initiatives. By juggling both inbound and outbound responsibilities, you will adeptly balance customer needs, business imperatives, and technical constraints. This strategic balancing act will culminate in the delivery of high-value products within a dynamic environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Define the product vision and roadmap, setting the strategic direction for enhancing UI/UX.Conduct thorough user research and analysis to gain insights into user preferences and pain points.Gather valuable user feedback and leverage it to iteratively refine the UI/UX design.Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to translate the UI/UX vision into practical implementations.Drive the successful launch of the improved UI/UX and continually monitor its performance.Focus on expanding the user base by delivering an enhanced and engaging UI/UX experience.Elevate search, filtering, and UI/UX design to new levels, ensuring heightened user satisfaction.Optimize user journeys by reducing the number of clicks needed to locate specific assets, thereby enhancing overall UX.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to effectively promote the value of the improved UI/UX.Continuously optimize the UI/UX based on insights gathered from testing and user feedback.What we need to see:8+ years of experience in technology industry.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Design, HCI, Business, or a related discipline) or equivalent experience. A master's degree can be a plus.
