We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Sr. Website Developer & Administrator. In this position, you will provide end-to-end management of the ncino.com website. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our global brand, driving the digital experience, generating high-quality leads, converting prospects into customers, and accelerating online engagement. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization's website, ensuring its alignment with company goals and objectives.Manage end-to-end website roadmaps and projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate content creation, design, and development.Understand global goals for the nCino website and prioritize project timelines accordingly.Foster consistent, creative, and unified web design across all web properties of the organization.Manage all technical aspects of the website including front-end and back-end development.Manage bug fixes, site issues, and other site content for relevancy and accuracy.· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, software licenses, and relevant regulations, including data security, privacy, and intellectual property laws.· Implement best practices for website functionality testing and provide technical troubleshooting support.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing, web design, web development, and technology.Study the needs and preferences of current and potential internet users, recommending and assisting in the implementation of changes to internet marketing strategies.Collaborate and partner with Marketing, 3rd party stakeholders and vendors to create and optimize landing pages.Integrate and customize third-party solutions and platforms, I.e. Pardot, Qualified, Contentful, etc.Work with teams across the company to identify website improvement opportunities, define priorities, and develop implementation plans.Manage, collect, and report digital KPIs, including web analytics and website conversion optimization. Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field) and 4+ years of experience as a website developer.Extensive knowledge of website management, content management systems, APIs and web apps development, analytics, design, and SEO best practices and standards.Working knowledge of web content management systems, applications, and tools used by the organization or the ability to quickly learn them.Proficiency in React framework, HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and other programming languages.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and MercurialExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to be analytical with a strong technical acumen.Ability to generate creative ideas.Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and project management skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Desired:Knowledge of the banking and financial industry.Experience with Pardot and Salesforce. If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
