As a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist at nCino, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and teams both domestically and internationally. This includes Sales, IT, Customer Success, Legal, and the overall Marketing Team. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing nCino's Pardot account, providing critical business intelligence and reporting across marketing, and overseeing all company email communication. As an integral part of the nCino Marketing team, you will play a key role in maximizing the benefits and efficiency of lead management, as well as our business processes and workflows. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across prospect and customer accounts. ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing automation implementation plans, including sales and marketing alignment, lead-to-revenue strategies (demand waterfall, lead scoring, etc.), database requirements, automation configuration, and functional mapping of integrations to maximize ROI (return on investment).Manage and oversee all company email governance, communications, and modular email templates used by Marketing, BDG, and Sales.Maintain our prospect and customer database, ensuring data hygiene, compliance measures, accurate tagging, automation, and assignment rules, and troubleshooting any data issues between Pardot and Salesforce.Educate teams and ensure marketing remains compliant with data privacy and protection regulations, including GDPR and international rules and requirements.Develop reports and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and improvements on marketing programs. Provide testing recommendations to key stakeholders.Mentor new employees and support cross-functional groups with Salesforce, Pardot, and data analytics projects using a consultative approach.Drive efficiency within Marketing, Sales, and other divisions by developing new processes and improving existing processes within Pardot, Salesforce, and associated products.Assist in research, evaluation and implementation of new technology products that complement our existing technology stack.QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience as a business analyst or automation analyst or equivalentProven ability to be analytical with strong technical acumenStrong consulting, project management and communications skills.
