nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. We are looking for a Senior Configuration Analyst with considerable professional experience related to business processes, project management, and an understanding of the financial industry, nCino banking operating system and Salesforce platform. As a key contributor across the organization, you will be responsible for formulating, developing, and implementing business processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve efficiency and deliver intuitive experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for overall process and system improvement, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex/ambiguous problem sets. You will work closely with numerous teams to recommend and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role is inherently cross-functional and will require crucial conversations to identify opportunities for greater service engagement. Responsibilities: • Document Intent of Configuration that is used and applied within each Solution • Help maintain process diagrams for the respected work stream • Apply technical expertise in Salesforce while owning and maintaining Salesforce Orgs • Configure and work with Salesforce and nCino Configuration for specific business verticals • Understand and recreate existing known workflows within Salesforce environments • Work with the QA team to make sure the QA team is testing established workflow configuration • Understand the technical aspects of engineering in a Salesforce environment • Execute the Salesforce Process Builder/Flow architecture and understand Salesforce Apex architecture • Keep knowledge up to date on new Salesforce features • Develop and implement business processes to maximize efficiency and cross-team collaboration • Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals and areas of potential improvement • Consult with Product Management to ensure business needs are met by aligning systems technology to the overall business strategy • This role performs configuration to meet the business requirements working closely with the solution scrum team and other identified stakeholders • They work collaboratively with the internal project team and our clients • Promote change management to ensure optimal user adoption of new technologies • Be a results-driven self-starter who takes initiative, solicits and listens to feedback, and can work independently in a rapidly changing environment. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, computer science or related field required with 4+ years related experience and/or training in business systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in user training and facilitation of key business processes • Exceptional project management experience • Demonstrate business acumen • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate written and verbal with stakeholders • Excellent knowledge of SDLC and experience working with Agile teams leveraging concepts such as Kanban, Scrum, SAFE, etc. • Knowledge of change management methodologies used to drive organizational change • Strong time management skills including work planning, prioritization, and organization with an ability to multi-task • Experience configuring and solutioning on the Salesforce or nCino platforms with exposure to end-to-end project implementation lifecycles • Ability to effectively design scalable solutions to meet business needs and perform system configuration • Experience authoring requirements, writing design documentation, and other related project and system documentation • Goal-oriented with superior work ethic while being self-motivated If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
