If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Job OverviewThis position is responsible to expedite the review and approval of sales quotes/financial contracts in compliance with company policy. Focus on drafting financial contracts in support of sales of the product or service line of business. Key Responsibilities Draft non-standard business terms in contracts in support of software and services proposals or transactions.  Advise Account Manager/Account Director or Services on strategies or unique approaches to contracting to accommodate client requirements while maximizing value for the company  Advise Sales of the business objectives and optimized financial outcomes of proposals or transactions.  Actively participate in deal negotiation with Client's Procurement and/or Legal staff.  Provide creative solutions to address client needs and expectations during negotiation while protecting company rules and objectives.  Assist Sales and Sales Management with contract structure, review, and escalation as required.  Conduct transaction risk assessment and transaction approval process on assigned proposals or transactions.  Handle assignments typically involve complex licensing arrangements, higher risk services engagements or multi-element transactions.  Ensure accurate revenue booking packages are in order for Sales Accounting or Services Accounting.  Promote compliance with pricing and revenue recognition procedures.  Ensure references to prior contracts are valid.  Demonstrate an understanding of strategic contracting issues including risk identification and mitigation, financial and pricing strategies, client facing contract negotiations and revenue recognition.  Ensure highest professional quality of contracts.
