If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Broadcom Cloud Datacenter Sales Manager – BeijingJob descriptionThe sales manager is responsible for driving the business of Broadcom with North China Cloud/OTT customers, developing relationship with customer contacts ranging from engineers to senior technical & business executives, defining and executing the business growth strategy for all Broadcom cloud datacenter products.Scope of workWork with sales director to define and execute the strategy of cloud datacenter business in Customer.Leverage Broadcom product platform to drive for top line business growthDevelop constructive relationship with customer infrastructure group and BUs at all levels to grow Broadcom business.Identify and drive design-in opportunities together with FAEs, AEs and other BU supporting functions and develop the right ecosystem to win the design.Make right value proposition to Customer for mutual success between customer and Broadcom.Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate technical discussion between customers and Broadcom BU.Lead and manage the whole sale operation process.Lead the sales ecosystem including the alignment with BU, OEM/ODMs and potentially distys to have a healthy agile ecosystem to support the business growth in customer directly and indirectly.Effectively report the sales activities to executives.Requirements7+ years working experience. Prior sales experience with cloud or OTT customers is a plus. Prior work experience with datacenter server or switch OEM is a plus.Good understanding of datacenter market and products, such as Ethernet switch, NIC, storage, ASIC, optical.  Willing to learn new technology and learn fast.Good understanding of AI/ML technology is a plusHighly self-motivated, result-driven, willing to confront challenges. Able to work under high pressure.Effective communications in both verbal and written.
