If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Job description:The Account Manager is responsible for selling Broadcom’s Broadband and Video product portfolio to Telecom Operators in the EMEA region. The AM will manage and drive a business responsibility of $100M+. The AM will represent Broadcom to the customers and develop market and account strategies to drive growth. This position is responsible for establishing trusted relationships across all levels at the customer.Key Responsibilities:-       Definition and execution of business plan to drive European Operator business-       Develop a trusted network and establish relationship with key contacts at assigned  accounts.-       Create a compelling business growth strategy in the assigned accounts and markets.-       Demand creation and execution of account penetration sales strategy, while monitoring and reporting account/market plans against goals (design wins, revenue growth and corporate targets).-       Manage and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify, cultivate and convert the new business opportunity pipeline.-       Achieve quarterly sales goals in line in with corporate targets.-       Interact seamlessly and collaboratively across all disciplines within the company.Specific Knowledge/Experience/Expertise-       Master’s degree, 10-15 years sales experience-       In-depth knowledge of Broadband Access and Video technologies.
