RF Test Engineer (ATE)

If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:- Lead NPI test development activities of RF products- Design ATE HW and develop test programs for production and characterization- Strong project planning and organizational skills needed to manage fast paced project goals and schedules in a competitive environment- Must possess solid understanding of mixed signal and RF test techniques.- Requires understanding of DFT, high volume manufacturing flow, and electronics fundamentals.- Experience on Teradyne or Advantest ATE systems.- Ability to program in VBA, C/C++ and Perl- Understanding of RF fundamentals like power, phase noise and EVM- Understanding of JTAG and SDIO protocol- Experience on PADS schematic and layout is preferred- Experience working with bench top test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzer, VSA, LitePoint etc.- Perform other work related duties as assigned- Experience : Bachelor's and 5+ years of related experienceAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
