If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced IO and Mixed-Signal Analog Design Engineer to join our world-class team. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work on designs across a wide range of technologies and products including the most advanced nodes and applications. Specifically, you'll be working on a variety of high-speed IOs such as DDR/LPDDR, chip to chip interfaces for 2.5D and 3D packages, HSTL, LVDS, and more. You'll be involved through the entire design process from collecting and negotiating specs, design and simulation, modeling, verification, documentation and customer support.Minimum Requirements:·        Experience with analog and IO design techniques and best practices·        Knowledge of device physics and variation and how that impacts analog circuits to design for high yield and performance·        Experience with standard design tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Synopsys Primetime, Hspice/Finesim, Verilog, etc.·        Knowledge of statistical techniques for analyzing Monte-Carlo simulation results and silicon data.·        Understanding of layout effects on analog performance·        Excellent communication and documentation skillsDesired Skills:·        Familiarity with scripting languages like Perl, Skill, Python, Matlab are a plus·        Familiarity with ESD and Latchup requirements·        Silicon FA and Debug skillsBachelor's + 12+ years of related experience requiredAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
