About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 5-year of account management and field sales experiences for new and renewal sales, preferrably in the areas of academic, research or software industryTrack record of growing territories using strong and strategic account management skillsFamiliar with Academic contents and workflow on Research, Learning and LibraryFamiliar with Science and Technology policyFluent in Japanese and good communication skill in EnglishAt least 1 year of experience using Salesforce and PowerBIStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong capability to take complex projects with multiple stakeholdersIt would be great if you also had . . . Experience as a university librarian, researcher, or URA (University Research Administrator)Large IT project sales experienceDistributor/channel management experienceFlexibility and determination to drive your work in a complex global organization.What will you be doing in this role? Be the primary point of contact for assigned territory and account, and build long-term relationships with customersBe accountable for achieving sales quota in assigned territories by being owner of the business within the territoriesExplore and find new sales opportunity for future account and territory growth.Upsell new solutions in existing assigned accounts.Retain and renew the existing subscription contracts within territory.Improve customers’ delight with continuous engagement.
