Ascertain effective ongoing support for daily opportunity to order matters including support for renewal processing, change requests and responding to end-user inquiries.Identify opportunities for improvements in sales process efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with BIS to develop and implement solutionsProvide a professional, dedicated and customer focussed service to all queries received from all stakeholdersInterpret requests, analyse results and provide support that adheres to customer contracts and Clarivate normsUse internal tools to understand requests and make key changes that will meet the needs of all the customers and colleagues. Liaise with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that the Quote details are accurate and consistent, and the Quote is of the highest accuracy and detailEnsure that the steps taken comply to the steps outlined in the Quote administrator runbook. Contribute and evolve Quote administrator Runbook.
