The Professional Services Operations Analyst/Operational Excellence Analyst is a member of the European Professional Services Department (PS EMEA) within the Clarivate Academia & Government segment and has key responsibility in monitoring the project pipeline, ensuring data correctness in the central automation tool, communicating with various stakeholders and formally preparing the project set-up in the system. This position mainly provides internal services to support high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction, to efficiently and effectively manage internal data, tools and procedures. The Professional Services Operations Analyst/Operational Excellence Analyst works closely with the Professional Services Operations Manager (Principle Operational Excellence Analyst), the PS management team and the project managers.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 1 years’+ professional working experience in a similar role B.A./B.S. degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and/or work experienceExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.Enthusiasm for processes and reporting, experience in handling data management tools and reporting tools.Advanced project and business reporting skills. Monitor the incoming project and services orders, formally prepare projects and deliveries as defined for the different order types and support the project initiation processMonitor and handle the pipeline of implementation projects, coordinate migration and implementation slots with different stakeholders and take ownership of pipeline projects until hand-over to the responsible project managerAssist in coordinating, processing and follow-up of service requests from Presales/Sales and SupportRun quality checks and ensure data consistencySupport the Regional owner and administrator of the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system in use by the Global Professional Services Organization and assist in ensuring effective rollout, definition of and compliance with usage guidelinesWork closely with stakeholders in any part of the organization across several global and regional teams, including Professional Services, Sales, Finance, Support, Cloud Services, to ensure cross-departmental awareness and alignmentAssist in monitoring and measuring regional and global methodologies, processes, and metrics for the Professional Services organization and customer projects and contributes to continuous improvementsAbout the Team This role will report to the Professional Services Operations Manager EMEA (Principle Operational Excellence Analyst) for our European Clarivate Academia & Government Segment. Working closely with Implementation Consultants and Project Managers within the team as well as collaborating with the wider global team.Hours of Work Part-time role, 30 hours’ per week on a Fixed-Term Contract basis (with potential extension) until the end of 2024.
