We are looking for a corporate IP sales account manager to join our IP sales team in Korea. This is an amazing opportunity to all of offering of Clarivate to Korea Academy & government sector,  corporates, reporting to the Sales director in Korea.Account manager will partner with our presales team and global subject experts and operation team to drive revenue growth by delivering a collaborative, consultative, and value-based solution selling with wider range of data and solutions. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Minimum of 8 years of business-to-business sales experience in a consultative selling environmentPrior academic & government sector experience preferredAbility to manage and generate revenue from existing and new customers through a conscientious and driven approach with excellent customer management skills.Commercial acumen, with a proactive and creative approach to looking after the needs and concerns of customersExcellent communication and influencing skills through verbal and interpersonal presentation.Ability to deal with a wide range of customers, from Heads of Intellectual Property, Research & Development, Business Intelligence, Informatics and Legal within the corporate segments and IP Law firms.A good team player / self- starter with the ability to work using own initiative.Well organized and disciplined team player in regard to policy, procedure, and standards.Good organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and be flexible to changeAbility to identify problems and apply creative solutions.Business level English is a mandatory.It would be great if you also had . . .  2 years of IP work experience from sales departmentKnowledge for customer workflows and needs on IP and R&D area.What will you be doing in this role? Develop new revenue from portfolio (existing and new customer) to exceed territory revenue plan.Develop customer’s requirement for the IP Database Platform, Intellectual Property Landscape, Competitive Intelligence Analysis, Monetization and Licensing, IP Outsourcing Process, Global Trademark and Brand Protection, Open Innovation and R&D Performance Analysis.Effectively liaise with the customer base and proactively steer relationships towards strategic partnership status.Prepare an account plan for key customers which includes an organization profile, an analysis of revenues, relationship profiles for contacts, SWOT analysis, use of services, strategy for growth, objectives to acquire detailed in-depth knowledge of the Intellectual Property portfolio.Maintain and update sales progress reports on CRM and other reporting mechanisms according to agreed timeframes.Liaise effectively with internal departments (especially Consulting, Sales Support and Marketing Department) to maximize sales opportunities and to keep up to date with existing and new services and marketing/sales campaigns.Build client relationship for customer satisfaction with all Clarivate Analytics services.Understand customer workflows and needs on IP and R&D area.세계적 수준의 기술 혁신을 달성하기 위한 고객의 이슈를 파악하고 솔루션을 제공글로벌 R&D 경쟁력을 선점하기 위한 IP(지식재산권) 전략, R&D 로드맵 전략, 특허전략, 기술전략, 경쟁사 동향분석, 라이센싱 및 파트너쉽 기회 발굴, IP 아웃소싱 프로세스, 글로벌 상표 및 브랜드 보호 전략, 오픈 이노베이션 및 연구성과 분석 등 IP-R&D 전략 관련 고객의 다양한 이슈를 논의하고Clarivate의 전문 데이터베이스 및 컨설팅 서비스를 영업대상고객: R&D Spending이 높은 국내 대학 및 연구소, 기술기획팀, 도서관, 연구기획팀 등Hours of Work  40 hour per week, Full time permanent position based in KoreaAt Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
