We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Sales Systems to lead our IT department's sales systems function. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, implementation, and management of our sales systems and technologies. This role requires a strong background in sales systems, exceptional leadership abilities, and expertise in leveraging technology to enhance sales operations and drive revenue growth.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Ensure the systems are properly configured, optimized, and compliant with industry standards and data privacy regulations.Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes, workflows, and data management through system enhancements. Continuously assess existing systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement, scalability, and efficiency.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales systems team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to team members. Develop project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful and timely project delivery.Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs).
