As a Digital Acquisitions Specialist, you will generate new business with a focus on small/mid-tier Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Financial and Professional Service companies across North America and work with senior sales leaders, helping them manage the sales process from start to finish!About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 1 year of sales or relevant work experienceIt would be great if you also had . . . Degree (BSc.) or equivalent, in Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology related sciences, Life or Medical SciencesBusiness Intelligence sales experience in the pharmaceutical sectorSelling Software and Services into the Life Science and/or pharmaceutical sectorsExperience attending industry events and conferences with the aim of business development.Experience presenting to senior decision makers.Proficiency with Salesforce.com, MS Office Suite What will you be doing in this role? Source sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
