We’re seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Solutions Consultant to join the team. This individual will be tasked with supporting sales of Clarivate’s RWD product, services, and advanced analytics to new and existing clients. This person will also serve as a subject matter expert on Clarivate’s related portfolio of products and services. This role reports to the Director Solution Consulting, Lifesciences & Healthcare.About You- experience, education, skillsBA/BS in a data science, economics, life sciences, or related field is strongly preferredMinimum 3-5 years of client facing work in solutions consulting, B2B Sales or Account Management experienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience working in claims data using Python, SQL, SAS, Stata, or similar packages, with a preference for experience in leveraging data for life sciences clientsMinimum 2-5 years in Biopharma or healthcare experience with an emphasis on Real-World-Evidence and Data & Analytics (custom analytics)It would be great if you also have…Demonstrated track record of delivering results and helping generate revenueExperience developing proposals for complex products/services to new and existing customersTravel as needed, up to 40%What you will be doing in this role…Serve as a primary internal point of contact for questions on Clarivate’s RWD products and servicesUncover value clients can derive from RWD assets on calls and onsite with clientsThink creatively about how Clarivate’s data assets can be used to answer client business questions and effectively communicate projects / solutions to clientsDemonstrate end-to-end control of a book of business, an accurate and current pipeline of potential business, and realistic forecasting ability based on client deal/sales cycle and contactsEffectively communicates and represents the state of the business to senior leadership and internal stakeholders including developing and presenting strategic and tactical plansManage large customer base and opportunity pipeline while identifying and anticipating challengesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to create business plans and overcome challengesDevelop an expertise on Clarivate’s US claims and EMR data, this includes source data, internal linkages and enhancements and client applicationsDevelop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and shares relevant product updates, enhancements, and new features with sales colleagues and internal Clarivate/DRG teamUnderstand the healthcare ecosystem, complexities and impacts of decisions to provide expert assistance and guidance to othersInspire and motivates internal colleagues and gain the confidence and trust of clients through intellectual leadership, agility and positive attitudeAbout the team:We are a small professional sales team consisting of subject matter experts within solutions consulting supporting clients with extensive claims data, health records and analytics services brining value to their business.Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
