As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our application using cutting-edge technologies. If you are passionate about frontend development, have a strong background in Angular and TypeScript, and have working experience defining project from scratch but also understands code written in other frameworks, this is the perfect opportunity. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 3+ years of professional working experience in Frontend development, with a strong focus on Angular\TypeScript and CSS 3+ years of demonstrated experience in building complex, interactive web applications using modern frontend frameworks and libraries Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering degree (or equitant knowledge and experience) It would be great if you also had . . . Hands-on experience with frontend testing, building and packaging tools Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate with designers Understanding of Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban If you have knowledge in .NET that would be awesome but not required Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices What will you be doing in this role? Plan, develop and implement quality software solutions that effectively satisfy business functional and non-functional requirements Lead and contribute to the architectural decisions and technical design of our web application user interfaceWrite clean, maintainable and efficient code Plan the refactor, update, and extension of existing code and frameworks to remain current and maintainable Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team membersProduct you will be developing Docket is a productivity tool, in essence an intellectual property (IP) document processor with a goal to ingest and automate processing of documents and correspondences from different input sources to the Intellectual Property Management System (IMPS). From the technical perspective Docket is a SaaS solution utilizing various Azure services to achieve the goal. We use Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database and Azure App Services to host our scalable .NET code. About the team We're a small and highly talented team.
