Lead Software Engineer-Service Now

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer-Service Now to join our Service now development team in India.Your expertise in understanding business requirements will be valuable in working with our team of engineers. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related degree or at least 6 years of equivalent relevant experience  Experience in Integration between ServiceNow and other IT systems.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development.Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.It would be great if you also had . . .   Exposure to ServiceNow CSM Module.What will you be doing in this role?  Develop features in ServiceNow and integrations between ServiceNow and other IT systems.Configure functionality in ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Workflows, ACLs, etc. to fulfill requirements.Design robust, enterprise-level, solutions in ServiceNow to meet ITSM needs of Clarivate.Work with Testing team to ensure applications are testable in a repeatable and highly automated manner.Support Application Administrators in fulfilling complex application and content management requests.Product you will be developing We will be working on consolidating 2 ServiceNow instances into a single instance to provide improved and consolidated Service Management best practices for Clarivate.     About the Team   We are working to expand our ServiceNow development team.  You would be part of Technology team responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions.  Hours of Work   This role is a full-time position based in India.  The team works a 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift in all India locations.   At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
