Team Lead, Quality Assurance

Job Summary We are looking for a Team Lead-QA’ to join our Technology team at Clarivate.This is an amazing opportunity to work on Intellectual Property Domain We are working on different tools and technologies like Java, Selenium, Python, C#, HTML5, Web API, SQL and JavaScript, Cypress etc. The position is open in QA team for India location and will report to QA Manager from hierarchy perspective. About You (Skills & Qualification Required)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or master’s degree (BE, ME, B Tech, MTech, MCA, MS)Overall  10 to 14 years of experience in Automation, be it Functional, Performance or Security Testing.Strong experience in any of the three:  Java/C#, Selenium, Cucumber, Junit, Nunit, .Net, Protractor, TestNG, Gherkins, SoapUI, PythonClear understanding of Agile & Kanban development approachesGood working experience with GIT and understanding on any one of these: Jenkins, TeamCity and Azure DevOps.It would be great if you also have,Working knowledge of SQLExperience in Azure cloud platform or AWS using Web Apps, Cloud Services.Understanding of Accessibility testing, Performance Testing, Security TestingWhat will you be doing in this role? You will work closely with agile team for leading the delivery of high quality, innovative, and intuitive solutions to challenging and complex business problems.Will be responsible for,Leading a team of 3-4 engineers & assisting in task deliveries, career progression & delivering as per Team manifestoOversee and support creation and designing of test automation frameworks and Proof of concepts for latest tools and techniquesLead delivery of high quality software for product enhancements that prioritize user experience as a key consideration.  About the Team   The existing team is spread across India and includes Testers with strong technical and analytical skills. You would be part of large QA Group responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions in the field of IP & Analytics.Hours of Work  This is a full-time opportunity with Clarivate.
