Service Operations IP Lead

We are looking for an IP Lead to join our highly regarded Life Science search and analytics team, part of Global Service Operations team, at Noida Office. We have a great skill set in team and we would love to speak with you if you have a very strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and experience of working in life sciences domain and adjacent technology domains.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Minimum of B.E./ B.Tech. degree in Biotechnology.3-6 years of IP experience on various Patent searches- FTO, Patentability/ Novelty search, Patent Landscaping, Invalidity, SOA, etc.Strong technical skills for comprehending complex technology concepts and critical skills for evaluating technology features in life sciences domain.Prior knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) fundamentals and/or Patent laws.Ability to perform protein and nucleotide-based sequence searches and analyze sequence homology using public and proprietary sequence platforms.Hands on experience on Patent and Non-patent databases including Sequence Search databases.Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to ramp quickly on a variety of analytical patent tools.Capable of working on individual projects as well as in a team environment.It would be great if you also have -M. Sc/ M. Tech/M.E./ Ph. D degree in Biotechnology4+ years of experience in operationsSelf-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to partner on projects with others, working across the IP organization.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences comprising technical and non-technical members.What will you be doing in this role? Primary role will be to perform as well as review various patent search projects including patentability, state-of-art, FTO and invalidity searches, in the life sciences domain and adjacent technology domains.Searching in different patent databases and analyzing patent publications.Searching and analyzing non-patent literature.Perform various other types of patent analyses, such as, claims mapping, portfolio analysis, patent categorization, patent valuation, and infringement analysis etc.Initial scoping and providing quotes for the projects from Global customer.About the Team   The position is for IP Lead in Life Science search and analytics team at Noida Office. This team is responsible for providing various IP search support to the Global customers.
