We would love to speak with you if you have skills in windows server/client, Linux, AWS, Citrix, webservers SFTP.FTP servers and basic networking skills.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or related field.Minimum of 3-year relevant experience in enterprise operational support within cloud and traditional data centre environments.2-4 years desired along with Windows servers and windows 7/10 clients (administration/configuration skills)Good understanding of Security Groups, Group policies, AD, file shares, shared drives, file level permissions, Sftp, FTP and file-based triagingDatabase technologies (MySQL, MS SQL server, Actain-PSQL)Build tooling (Jenkins) Skilled in supporting cloud native applications and a shared platform service environment (AWS, S3 storage, workspaces, Microservices, SQS queues, AMI and SASS applications.It would be great if you also had . . . Experience with or knowledge of internet/web acceleration technology such as Akamai Global Traffic Manager (GTM) and Citrix NetScaler ADC.Current Citrix/AWS/OS certification a plus.Experience with Cloud Service provider preferably AWS or AZURE is a plus.Web technologies (Apache, nginx) Java Application Server (Apache, Tomcat, etc)What will you be doing in this role?User problem solving skills to resolve complex technical problems for external customers, handling day to day issue, providing resolution along with RCAs with strong Linux command line skills, Windows 2019/2016/2012/2008 OS support and network experience a mustConfiguration, maintenance, monitoring and support of applications, installation of systems into the data centresProvides reliability and availability of systems and services to meet agreed service levels. Acts as liaison between Data Center Operations, Customer Service, and 3rd level support.Works with computer operators(L1-ops) to expedite the workflow of application processing through the Application systems. Reduces the volume of incidents for the specialist functional area.Provide Incident Management, Incident Coordination, and Incident Communication for all incidents on portfolio of infrastructures / application services. Coordinates all communication during all outages to the necessary team to provide estimated resolution time, problem updates, and suggested work around while escalating as appropriate.Uses departmental change management procedures in defining, planning, and implementing change in such a way that service disruption is minimized, and adherence to Service Level Agreements is ensured.Documents shift activity and reports potential problems to staff according to established procedures and enforces rigor and control in the release process to ensure products and services are released in a supportable manner to defined standards of quality. May ensure that software compliance is maintained for all the systems supported.Product you will be developing.We support the product hosted on DC and Cloud environments along with infrastructure and do release management.About the Team We support internal customers and stakeholders with team size of 600 users who are the user of the System and does the content curation after which the product will be hosted on WOS.Hours of Work Full timeRotational shifts and weekly on call.
