The primary responsibilities of an IT Project Manager include coordinating production releases and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees, and presenting progress and results to stakeholders. Other duties may include developing project plans and schedules, creating project budgets, tracking project expenses, and managing project risks and issues. Additionally, IT Project Managers may be responsible for managing project team members, including training new team members and supervising team member workloads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as experience with project management methodologies and tools. They should also be proficient in project management software and have a deep understanding of technical project components, including hardware, software, and networks related to payment services.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and proactively develop and execute mitigation strategies- Ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and expectations- Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking project expenses, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget- Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and coaching, and ensuring that team members are accountable for their work- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and clients- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including project plans, risk and issue logs, change requests, and status reports- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies, and share best practices across the organizationPre-Requisites :- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills- Experience with project management software and toolsAre you game?
