The Product Manager is responsible for the entire product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.Job ResponsibilitiesRoadmapping: Create, track and maintain roadmaps for product development. Launch and manage the development of a new Razer Software product.Strategic thinking and lead for results: Determine strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities and threats, and develop actionable plans to achieve strategic goals.Forecasting and measuring: Forecast future trends, perform trend analysis, and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions.Data analytics and research: Extract insights from data and analyze competitive information to aid in decision-making.User-centric approach: Have a user-centric focus and understand the importance of user feedback and how it can shape product development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in execution of product requirements to achieve milestones and business goals.Collaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and design teams to create innovative feature advancements and set priorities for business growth.Outline the expected software user experience as a guideline to lead UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) team. Pre-Requisites5+ years of product management or production experience on software development projects or equivalent role.Prioritization skills: Able to prioritize tasks effectively even under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Technical expertise: Have technical expertise in relevant technology fields, such as programming languages, database management, or application development.Experience with launching and/or managing PC software products.
