Working closely with the local country managers, you will support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to drive business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of local employment laws and practices in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to local stakeholders, including managers and employees, in the Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines regions. You are expected to collaborate with them to understand their business needs and provide proactive HR solutions and guidance.HR Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development and drive of HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide input on local market trends, competitive practices, and emerging HR issues.Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters by investigating and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues. Provide guidance to managers on performance management, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives.Talent Acquisition and Management: Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify staffing needs and working closing with talent acquisition partners on sourcing strategies. Support the implementation of talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.Compensation and Benefits: Work closely with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and effective compensation programs and benefits packages for employees in the Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines regions.  HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Ensure HR policies are updated in a timely manner and align with legal requirements and best practices.HR Management: Build strong connections with broader HR community including global, regional and local HR, collaborating in delivering solutions and investing to grow those around you.  Any other scope and project as assigned.   Pre-Requisites :Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in a multinational organization.Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.Proven experience in providing strategic HR support to multiple locations and partnering with diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics for decision-making and driving HR initiatives.Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in local languages is advantageous.Are you game?
