We are looking for esports enthusiast who is organized, proactive and communicates well.Provide the Global Esports team with administrative and project management support related to team sponsorships and player activations, contracts, and marketing coordinationWorking hand-in-hand with regions and being able to assess, review and give feedback on team / individual proposalsMonitor competitors’ activities and ongoing esports competitionsTrack progress and completion of all global esports team contract deliverablesPrioritize, and organize all global esports activities – website updates, team announcements and contentPrioritize, and organize requests from product teams and regional esports teamsGenerate monthly performance reports to see how players and teams are tracking against KPIsHandle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, purchase requests, and processing invoicesAttend weekly meetings and ensure any action items are noted and reported in due timeIdeate new reporting possibilities and ways to improve the organization of the departmentOther duties as assignedPre-Requisites :2-3 years’ experience coordinating global marketing projects from scheduling, tracking, resource planning, billing, and reportingProactive, organized, with a strong attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, One Drive, JIRA, and other project management toolsInternational experience highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible; comfortable with ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholdersA team player with proven ability to positively interact with peers and managementKnowledge about gaming and esports industry is desirableAre you game?
