Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, support of the application and desktop environment; triage and troubleshooting of all hardware and supporting operating systems; vendor interface for support and information gathering, system patching, Application upgrades, coordination of deliverables with Users and Business Groups, and after-hours support.ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver IT services to ensure users’ systems are functioning to support their daily operation works.Manage and ensure system availability and IT services accordingly to SLAManage IT assets, software licenses, maintenance and inventory list.Support deployment & configuration of the system using Smart Deploy (Laptop, desktop, Mac OS)Perform HW replacement - laptop battery, RAM change and Hard-disk change etc.Install, support, and maintain hardware and software IT infrastructure such as a printer, CCTV, Biometric access, Face Recognise Terminator, Wi-Fi controllers, IP and Cloud telephony system.Support in Ad-hoc IT project deployment (migration, setting up new anti-virus software, change of equipment, server patching etc)Source and coordinate with IT vendors/suppliers on IT purchases and projects.Troubleshooting and rectification of helpdesk tickets from start to resolve.Engage with low-complexity IT vendors, negotiate pricing, request for quotation, manage and monitor IT vendor performance and delivery scheduleOffer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problemsProvide remediation and mitigate vulnerabilities on applciation and system.
