The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be expected to work independently with little supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a matrix organization with diverse people.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary support to Customer Advocacy, handling all administrative dutiesLiaise with Finance in contract matters on account setup and terminationProper validation and processing of invoices for paymentActs as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders for invoice clarificationPrepare expense and revenue reportsPrepare reports for cross-functional team daily/weekly/monthlyEnsures that the assigned tasks are completed in a timely and orderly mannerThis role will be on a 6-months fixed term contract basisPre-Requisites :Minimum O Level or equivalentMust possess at least 2 years of relevant experienceMeticulous, good interpersonal and problem-solving skillsStrong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suitePossess excellent numerical, analytical and Excel skillsAble to work individually and collaborate with others as a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of working with SAP system will be an added advantageAre you game?
