More specifically, this role is responsible for overseeing, streamlining, and consolidating the demand forecast for RUSA, in line with the process from Global Planning. As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with global and regional operations, and RUSA sales to develop and execute effective regional processes with appropriate compliance and controls that integrate seamlessly with global planning.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the monthly demand forecasting cycle for RUSA.Provide pricing and promotion structures with controls and compliance for proper execution.Provide analysis with regular reporting for RUSA revenue target.Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and systems that integrate seamlessly with Global Planning and the overall Company Objectives.Optimize sales automation tools to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales processes and operations. Manage a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development.Other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :RequirementsExperience in sales operations or related fields, with experience in a management role.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using data and analytics to inform decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Expert-level skills in creating and implementing decision support tools and reports in sales automation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce).Key Excel skills to have : Marco, Advance Functions and Pivot Tables.SAP experience will be an added advantage.Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.Position is in the Irvine, CA Razer office (not a remote job).Salary Ranges (per annum):$104,391.00 - $173,986.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Are you game?
