This role will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, etc. Join our team and contribute to our financial success in a dynamic and rewarding environment.* Must submit resume in English* In-office positionEssential duties and responsibilitiesManage and oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Identify and address issues in balance sheets and profit and loss statements.Prepare monthly financial reports, timely and accurate, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.Perform financial analysis and provide valuable insights to senior management.Ensure all financial transactions, including invoice verification, expense validation, and payment disbursement are processed correctly in the SAP system.Prepare intercompany invoices and assist to provide intercompany reporting for group consolidation.Serve as a point of contact with banks, tax agents, and government agencies for compliance.Coordination with multiple stakeholders such as customers and suppliers to ensure collections and payments are performed accurately and timely.Treasury function – Monitoring cash flow and coordination with Banks to ensure timely repatriation of funds to HQ.Perform reconciliation of customer & vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.Actively participating in continuous improvement, standardization, and re-engineering of processes and controls and implementation of best practices.Stay updated on Brazilian accounting principles, tax regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of related experience in financial reporting for a small to mid-tier company.Experience in the Fintech industry will be an advantage.Solid knowledge of Brazilian accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Experience in the SAP Hana system will be an advantage.A self-starter, able to work independently and make judgments to prioritize workload effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Fluency in Portuguese and EnglishStrong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.Must be able to commute to our office located near Brooklin São Paulo - State of São Paulo BrazilMust provide references from previous employers or supervisors.Are you game?
