Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :This role will be responsible for growing digital campaigns performance, by planning and directing the development of impactful content and creative.Responsibilities:Plan and direct content and assets development for digital activations to elevate customer experience and engagement across various platforms, channels and gamer audiencesPlan campaign journeys and asset maps across digital campaigns to drive engagement and performance of digital campaignsCollaborate with business unit and creative teams to plan campaign assets and messaging based on customer journey.Ownership of campaign performance, KPIs and reporting with the goal of driving marketing effectiveness  Drive digital marketing experimentation, creative A/B testing and innovation working with the regionsClose collaboration with global digital strategy and insights team to deploy business unit aligned content plansRegular reporting of advertising plans and performance to various stakeholdersAct as the day-to-day agency lead for content and asset deployment for paid campaignsAsset conception and request for all digital marketing channels, including banners, videos, text ads, dynamic ads and morePre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of work experience within digital marketing and good understanding of digital media.Experience in content planning and operations across various digital channels.Experience within setting and tracking content effectiveness metrics and KPIs.Analytical skills to interpret and present data to high-level stakeholders.Interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.Time management skills to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously.Are you game?
