Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :Senior application specialist for enterprise applications such as ServiceNow and CoupaJob DescriptionTo maintain and manage ServiceNow and Coupa enterprise applications within Razer across all regions.To manage integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications (e.g. Azure AD, SAP, On-Prem Active Directory)To handle Change Requests, such as developing of custom forms, updating workflows, etc.Engage with business users for requirements gathering and transforms into ServiceNow system requirementsFacilitates End-to-End development with complex workflows and end-user testingDocuments business requirements and systems specificationsManaging the SLAs and deliverables for multiple projectsPerform regular ServiceNow account review for security and complianceAdminister platform release/version upgrades, including scheduling, cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNowConduct end-user trainings to ensure proper usage of applicationPre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of working experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.Excellent in Web Development skills e.g., HTML, Angularjs, CSS.Prior working experience with ServiceNow ITSM.Prior working experience in customizing widgets for Service Portal.Prior knowledge of ITIL process will be an added advantage.Experience in integrating multiple tools as per requirement in SOAP/REST and should be capable enough to write script in Object Oriented Programming Concepts(OOPS)Experience in Power Shell Scripting.Strong analytical and planning skillsAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills, results oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environmentExcellent communication skills and customer-centric attitudeExperience handling time-sensitive, pressure-intensive customer issuesAre you game?
