Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric #LifeAtRazer experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.Job Responsibilities :o   Manage customer accounts including EDI customers.o   Track, manage, and resolve chargebacks and disputes.o   Analyze and forecast customer AR aging.o   Business-to-business collections.o   Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly excel reports to be provided to executives in Finance, Sales, and Operations.o   Purchase order assessments and approvals; evaluate credit limits and aging.o   Retrieve, navigate, research, and dispute in large customer portals.o   Cash applications/incoming payments; wires, EFT, and checks.o   Create service credit memos and invoices.o   Process credit and payment term updates.o   Assist in internal and external audits.o   Manage digital and paper-based records.o   Assist in UAT testing.o   Continuous process improvement and desktop procedure contribution.o   Other projects and duties as assignedAdditional Job DescriptionTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.o   2-4 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or equivalento   Understanding of GAAP, strong general accounting, and analytical skillso   SAP experience preferredo   Proficient in Microsoft Office.
