Please visit http://joinworkdayeducation.com (http://joinworkdayeducation.com/)About the RoleOur Workday Education Content team is looking for a content developer to design, develop, and maintain instructionally sound eLearning and instructor-led course content. This content will focus primarily on the Workday Education & Government and Workday Student product areas. You will define course requirements, write learning objectives, and develop course materials (including presentations, manuals, activities, and eLearning media that supports the course objectives) based on business needs and audience analysis. You will achieve course schedule and quality goals that align with our standards and processes. Once in the role, you will develop subject matter expertise in 1-2 Workday products within 6 months and be able to identify connections and dependencies. This is a hybrid role and will work from any of our U.S.-based offices at least 50% of the time.About YouWe are looking for hardworking, creative content developers who are passionate about what they do! You should have a way with words and excel at simplifying concepts, procedures, and sophisticated technical information. You are curious about how things work and love solving puzzles.We love people who inspire change and suggest creative and new ways to develop and deliver content while balancing business needs. You should be an innovative person who can drive ideas from concept through implementation. Basic Qualifications3-5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.3-5 years of experience with authoring and multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint).3+ years of experience creating content for software systems. Other QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency using a content management system and instructional design tools, such as training project plans, design documents, and job task analyses.Able to adapt to changing environments and work processes in an exciting, robust organization.Experience applying current industry research, learning tools, and trends to internal practices, helping to drive standard methodologies within instructional design and delivery.Able to collaborate across teams to create and iterate content, ensuring accuracy and quality.Preferred: 2+ years of experience in government or higher education administration. Experience with grants administration is a plus.Preferred: Degree in instructional design, adult learning theory, or a related business field; or equivalent work experience. We will request work samples that demonstrate engaging, interactive, and effective learning and performance support materials that align to course objectives.Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
