We have big ambitions for this product, addressing a substantial market with an innovative approach.About the RoleAs a Product Manager for Security and Infrastructure on the People Analytics team you will:Own the requirements for maintaining, horizontally scaling and deploying additional services onto analytic app infrastructure, in order to support a high volume of enterprise customers, multiple analytic applications and high user concurrency.Partner with engineering to deliver a best in class experience for the performance of our analytic apps, particularly the inflows and outflows of our storyteller engine.Define requirements for analytic apps security including customer facing permissions.Meet with customers to talk through feedback and explain concepts as a subject matter expertDrive analytic app efforts on monitoring and alerting.Conduct ongoing analysis of key metrics to understand current performance and conduct studies to identify opportunities for improvement.Lead the capacity planning inputs for analytic apps infrastructure based on usage and expected growth.Triaging and solving for customer and service support items for product area.Collaborating with product, engineering, services, and support teams across Prague and California offices to share knowledge, and efficiently leverage existing & developing technologies from other teams.Collaborate with user research, design and other teams to gather problems and use cases and turn them into requirements and designsUse data and metrics to guide the teams investmentsConsistent execution – juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, deliver results.About YouBasic Qualification - Product Manager:3+ years Product Management experience in a SaaS company and/or in the analytics space2+ years in a technical roleOther Qualifications:Proven understanding of and experience working in the Analytics space!Highly collaborative, trusting & transparent, and excited about working with a team based in Prague and U.S.Highly self-motivated and thrive in fast-moving environmentsHas demonstrated their prioritization and problem solving skills.Detail oriented and committed to excellence to achieve great customer outcomesA fast learner not afraid to ask the “basic” questionsLight-hearted and bring a positive, can-do attitude to very difficult problemsOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
