Workday is looking for outstanding Technical Presales Specialists to be a part of our Office of the CIO (oCIO), DACH Presales team supporting and promoting the technical aspect of the sales cycle.Through interactive discoveries, you will analyze an organization's needs and demonstrate how Workday's Enterprise Applications can address the customer’s requirements and solve their strategic business concerns with the special focus on technical integration into the existing IT landscape of the customer. Candidates must exhibit a strong combination of consulting, technical skills, industry experience and an unimpeachable “stage presence”. Articulating and differentiating the Workday technical foundation and delivery model requires:5+ years of software / consulting / presales experience.A strong technical knowledge including, but not limited to:Data modelling skills or modern programming languages including working with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of the delivery model and associated characteristics.Comprehensive understanding of security covering encryption technologies, network architectures, communications security, SAML (single sign-on), oAuth and application level access methods.Experience consulting with prospect/customer internal security and compliance teams.Ability to communicate a technical foundation, platform and delivery model in a compelling, creative and easily understandable fashion for diverse audiences (from technical specialists up to C-level).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience working with the Workday technology would be beneficial, but not a prerequisite.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
