Collaborate with engineering, UX Design & Research, IT, core product managers and Operations teams to execute new, enhanced product features. ResponsibilitiesDrive the product execution and launch by collaborating with engineering, operations, program management, UX, IT and other stakeholdersCollaborate closely with technology and cross functional teams to provide clear direction on Agile backlog, epic and user story requirements, and feature deliveryUnderstands core product needs and cross-functional business-level services, can clearly define and groom backlog items in terms of product, business, and customer/partner value, and is able to articulate the vision and goal for prioritizing those featuresCollaborate closely with the user experience designers on wireframe designs, information architecture, and other user experience deliverables in support of the requirementsPrioritize competing requirements including features, bugs, enabler work, and tech debt; working regularly with the scrum team to refine and add details where neededLead definition of allowable configurations, writes test cases and executes UATIdentifies improvements to existing product processes; develops a strong understanding of processes and technologyCompletes ad-hoc assignments that assist in the development of platform strategy and roadmapManage stakeholder expectations within and/or across functionsEstablish, communicate, and monitor usage, activity and adoption metrics for initiatives and delivered capabilitiesQualifications7+ years of product management/owner experience for enterprise PaaS productsTechnically adept at owning and delivering modern platform capabilities in an API first environmentExperience working in an Agile development environmentExperience collaborating with globally dispersed teamsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels including executives, customers, managers, and subject matter expertsBachelor's degree in CS, information systems, quants, or related field of study; Master’s degree in business, CS or related field highly preferred The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $143,000 to $235,000Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.This position may be offered in other locations.
