You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Payroll and Finance to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies and successful implementation of HR strategies. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, change management, and project management.ResponsibilitiesM&A Due DiligenceCollaborate with the HR and payroll M&A teams to assess and evaluate potential acquisition targets from an HR perspectiveConduct thorough due diligence to identify risks, opportunities, and synergies related to HR ServicesIntegration Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive HR Services integration strategies and plans for acquired companiesDefine integration objectives, timelines, and milestonesWork closely with key stakeholders to align HR Services strategies with business goalsChange ManagementLead HR Services change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition and integration of acquired companiesDevelop communication plans, conduct employee engagement activities, and provide guidance to HR teams on managing changeHR Policy and Process AlignmentWorking with other HR teams, assess and align HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organizationIdentify gaps and develop integration plans to harmonize HR practices while considering legal and regulatory requirementsBenefits and Compensation Harmonization & OperationalizationCollaborate with Total Rewards team to align benefits and compensation programs across the organizationand operationalize the process ensuring better employee experienceHR Systems IntegrationWork closely with HR Systems and IT teams to integrate HR systems, data, and reporting processesEnsure data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance during integrationCompliance and Legal ConsiderationsStay updated with employment laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictionsEnsure compliance during the integration process and provide guidance to HR teams on legal requirementsPerformance MeasurementDevelop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of HR integration effortsProvide regular reports and updates to senior managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
