Designs software systems.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, create, and modify computer applications software and analyze user needs, and develop software solutions. Duties include:Analyze business requirements/functional designs to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraintsDesigns software systemsReview, analyze, and give feedback on requirements/functional designsAttend and engage in requirement definition meetingsParticipate and lead architectural review processDesign for large enhancements, projects, and cross system/functional enhancementsConduct design reviews and provide technical leadershipDevelop and maintain code for large enhancements, projects, and integrationsFix defects and participate and conduct peer code reviewFollow and propose design and coding standards and processesProvide technical leadership to team membersConduct code performance analysis, tuning, and reviewDevelop unit and cross-functional tests, develop test strategies, execute test cases, log issues, manage issues, recommend testing frameworks, record and run automated test scripts, and design automated test scriptQualifications9+ years of hands on experience in large and complex Oracle CPQ engagementsBachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field highly preferredAnalyze current business processes, gather complex business requirements, prepare design and provide robust and scalable solutionsOracle CPQ Configuration/BML Development knowledge to meet documented business process requirementsDevelop and support Configuration, Commerce, integrations, reports, workflow, BML and custom development in a CPQ environmentWorking knowledge on complex product hierarchy and pricing modelsExpertise in BOM, System Configuration, ABO and IntegrationsGood knowledge in REST APIs, CSS, Java Script and XSLExperience in handling CPQ Migrations and release upgradesBetter understanding of CPQ best practices and addressing performance related issuesShould be able to troubleshoot and resolve the system issues within given SLAsPlaying a critical role in testing, evaluating and delivering high quality end productSound knowledge in Quote to Cash processAble to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people in different time zones (Business, onsite and offshore teams)Excellent Communication and documentation skillsOracle CPQ certification is preferredEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
