We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment. that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.Job SummaryAs a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the requirement, backlog management and prioritization of our Digital Integration platform product strategy that encompasses of API products.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement API platform product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goalsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional and technology teams to help define platform specifications in alignment with Industry and Equinix standardsWork with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize Platform features and enhancementsCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of API & Integration products and featuresDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of API products and identify areas for improvementCommunicate and Evangelize platform strategy and status to internal stakeholders, customers, and partnersDrive adoption of API products by creating effective collateral, conducting customer interviews, training and education sessionsConduct customer interviews, monitor customer feedback and incorporate it into API product development plansStay current with emerging trends in API technologies and provide thought leadership to internal teamsUnderstanding of Architecture styles like Digital Integration Hub is preferredQualifications10+ years experienceBachelor's in Computer Science or Computer EngineeringEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations.
