This includes leading the product strategy for sustainability and oversight around our matrixed sustainability product efforts, and acting as the DCS conduit to other corporate eco-friendly efforts. This person will work closely with each of the DCS pillars on bringing various sustainability elements to market and will be a contributing member of the Sustainability Program Office working group.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Evangelize Product VisionPartner with Sustainability Program Office, Technical Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Product Marketing to build and evolve the sustainability product strategy, road map and feature prioritizationBridge the gaps between business goals, customer feedback, technical delivery, and financial viability of Product offeringsBuild a sustainability mindset throughout the Datacenter Services teamChampion long-term Product vision, planning and go-to-market strategies of sustainability practiceDefine, implement, monitor, and report key product and project metricsDevelop Strong Cross-Functional PartnershipsDevelop and enable the global product interlock amongst sustainability stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions internally, and information that is both accurate and aligned outgoing from productBuild strong interlocks with critical internal teams to enable execution and delivery of roadmap across cross functional teamsRepresent product related sustainability efforts to other partners both within to product and with other functionsCollaborate with sustainability domain experts across the Sustainability Program Office, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering and the Digital Services organizationLead and maintain strong relationships with users, stakeholders, peers, partners and team membersCoordinate product development actions throughout the various product lines including colocation, enabling services, managed services, interconnection and digital servicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical field of study; MBA is a plus.
