If you are passionate about growth and driving change, this is an exciting opportunity to help manage and execute high profile transformation initiatives related to Equinix network strategy.You will partner across Network & Infrastructure Engineering and with key senior leaders in all areas of the business while driving changes to how we build & operate the global infrastructure. As project and scrum leader, you will serve as a coach, leader/motivator, and educator for multiple scrum teams. You will be responsible for ensuring employees and stakeholders understand, adopt, and implement agile scrum practices. You will play a key role in shaping the planning and direction of scrum implementations and work with other scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of the organization. As a scrum master, you will remove project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance, help the NetDevOps teams deliver high-value products, and facilitate scrum events and ceremonies. You will lead complex cross-functional teams and participate in business-wide best practice forums to drive agile practice excellence across the business.We believe perspective is essential and embrace diversity in thought and contribution.
